Our Process

Here’s how we work and what you can expect when working with Notions Design:

STEP 1
Introduce Yourself

Email us or submit an online form, telling us a little about yourself, what you’re trying to achieve, and/or what problem you’re trying to solve – what’s brought you here?

Provide your contact details and a little bit about your business, requirements and budget (where possible).

This information helps us understand what drives you and your team and identifies focus for Notions Design to assist you.

We will then get in touch to organise a catch-up or gather a bit more information.

STEP 2
Identity Discovery & Strategy – Do you really know who you are?

The Identity Discovery session helps us (and you!) to understand your business’s identity and how it’s unique to your competitors. Here, we examine your goals, your vision, values, pain points and what you’re trying to achieve and together, we develop “ideal customer” personas.

Personas help identify who is buying from you and why, and how they feel about your company.
We may look at:

  • What do you want your clients to feel or know about you?
  • Do you know how others perceive your brand?
  • Are you using the right language to entice the right people for your product/service?
  • What motivates your customers to choose you over others?
  • Which markets are right for your business?
  • Are your customer’s needs being met with the way you market your service/product?

We use this information to develop a Brand Identity unique to your business.

Once you have a clear Brand Identity, we will work with you to develop a Brand Strategy to help you effectively communicate and market your product/service to your ideal customers… and grow your business.

A carefully considered and crafted Brand Strategy identifies ways to connect your voice, your message, your visuals, and your brand with your customer.

A Brand Strategy underpins innovative, unique design work and drives clear messaging and marketing to align with your business goals.

STEP 3
Design – Visuals to set you apart
