One of our clients referred us to a coffee roasting company but it turns out we had actually worked on one of their brand marks some 12 years earlier! Perth is such a small world, but we were delighted to cross paths again. We were challenged to develop a brand with an edgy “street” feel and loads of attitude. The result was a unique, hand drawn typeface and photographic style with attitude. Our client felt it met all aspects of his brief and they were really excited about it. We thoroughly enjoyed working on this and look forward to working with the team again soon.

Darwin Port was seeking a fresh, new look for their Annual Report but still wanted to use their existing style guide and brand. The team, based in Darwin, Northern Territory, worked very closely with Notions Design and the final result was a modern, nautical themed Annual Report which featured clear and concise infographics.

Oasis Landscapes was referred to Notions Design from another trade-based customer who had been pleased with our work. Oasis Landscapes was seeking a clean, organic logo to reflect their name and core business – landscaping.

Thomas Jreige, a long-time client and friend of Notions Design, asked us for our help to develop an exciting new brand identity for his company – ConnectivIQ. Of course we jumped at the opportunity to work together and we created a look that reflected his vision for the company. Oasis Landscapes was seeking a clean, organic logo to reflect their name and core business – landscaping. Notions Design is committed to ensuring all our work accurately reflects the client’s business. The end result was a professional, fresh logo which captured Oasis Landscape’s needs.

WA Artisan Food Group was referred to us by another client and asked Notions Design to be creative and flexible when designing a logo (and other marks) for their new business. Notions Design worked with WA Artisan Food Group to really understand their brand direction and we delivered a rustic, artisan-styled logo design to appeal to their target market.

Working with The British Chippy was great fun. They came to us seeking a re-brand of an existing business to help them expand and grow in the long-term. It was important to The British Chippy team that their history be recognised and reflected in their rebrand. We worked together and found a good way to capture this was by incorporating imagery of the old newspaper wraps which they still use to wrap their fish and chip orders in today.
Notions Design ensured the newspapers were a strong visual component in their identity structure and was reflected in all marketing and signage collateral. The client loved it!

Enertech came to us through one of our many networking groups. What impressed us most was the sheer energy and enthusiasm the owner had towards his business vision and goals. We took that energy and worked with him to help name and create an icon for the business. The result accurately captured the persona of the owner and business and met his needs in the short and long-term.

It soon became obvious that the business and brand identity of Alchemy of the Heart was very personal to our client. We spent a lot of time together to ensure Notions Design understood the client and this enabled us to capture her personality in the business’s brand identity. We created a very unique, personal icon and logo suite incorporating her star sign (Aquarius), her love for horses, and her connection with the universe and water. Our client’s reaction was very emotional and we were proud to have exceeded her expectations.

Things were moving quickly for this young building trade business but they recognised the importance of having a brand identity that looked professional and could attract the clients they were targeting. BlackBox Control provides innovative, customisable vehicle tracking solutions that allow management and control of mobile and fixed assets.

BlackBox Control was looking for help to initially develop a Company Values brochure and was referred to us from a networking event. They were so happy with our work that we were invited back to revamp their existing marketing products and collateral.

Our dear friends at Geppettos Carpentry reached out to us seeking a Capability Statement to showcase their superior service and workmanship but this wasn’t the first time we had worked together. A few years ago, we created their brand identity, and we are still working together to create value for their business today. Geppettos Carpentry has just celebrated 10 years in business and we are delighted to have helped support them along the way.

Notions Design was commissioned to produce new marketing collateral for Tele Radio Australia. The challenge was to create a Capability Statement-style brochure to target specific industry sectors. The brochure needed to highlight Tele Radio’s complete in-house service offerings including problem solving, software development and custom branding of equipment.

Dizza Communications engaged Notions Design to produce a new brand identity. Since then, we have worked together to design and deliver other collateral items including a Capability Overview – a “must-have” for businesses wishing to submit tenders for contract work. Dizza is a very dynamic company that needs to keep evolving as well as being flexible enough to easily tailor this brochure many times to meet the needs of specific target markets.

Tripstop is a concrete jointing system for sustainable public footpaths and cycleways. Notions Design developed Tripstop’s foundational logo mark and style guide to support Burning Fruit’s marketing initiatives.

A mutual business friend referred the Red Ochre Coffee team to us as they were seeking a unique identity for their new coffee brand. The main criteria? It had to say “Australia” to its customers. Notions Design really enjoyed this challenge and based a design on a hand-drawn font and the iconic Native Australian Grass Tree.
